Danno (center) co-judging LITERARY DEATH MATCH (http://www.literarydeathmatch.com) on June 6th, 2012.

DANNO KLONOWSKI does stuff by day and is a cartoonist when he’s not doing that.  He also does podcasts like the WAYNE GALE VARIETY HOUR with MATT RISNES when doing none of the previously mentioned.

Danno has written and/or drawn for such titles as: MANLY TALES OF COWARDICE, SUPERMARKET VIGILANTE, ARNOLD THE SUPER CARDINAL,  CONTINUITY GUYTOMMY CHICAGO, FALSE WITNESS: THE MICHELE BACHMANN STORY, and many, many other one-shots and anthologies.  “DANK” was also the featured artist for the LUTEFISK SUSHI ‘D’ show (August 2010) at ALTERED ESTHETICS GALLERY.   Danno was a co-founder of the INTERNATIONAL CARTOONIST CONSPIRACY, and was a co-editor on both 2009’s BIG FUNNY and 2011’s JUST ADD INK projects at Altered Esthetics (where he is a resident artist).  Danno lives in lovely Northeast Minneapolis with his beloved dog Leeloo and cat Turtle and Netflix streaming.

FUN FACT!:  If you play the game FIVE MINUTES TO KILL YOURSELF and use the stapler on yourself it says “STAPLE GENIUS“. And yes, that was programmed intentionally as a shout-out to me and my comics. Pretty awesome!
