I really should have been making more noise about this, but MIX–the first (annual) MINNEAPOLIS INDIE XPO–is this SATURDAY AUGUST 21st at the SOAP FACTORY! Organizers SARAH MOREAN and ANDY KRUEGER have done an amazing job setting this long-wished for indie comic con up. For instance, just look at the amazing GUEST LIST! Entry to the “Precious Little Film Fest” is free for the cost of regular admission. The first people through the door can pick up a free screen printed event poster (while supplies last) illustrated by Zander Cannon and hand-pulled by Pretty Picture Prints. Ticket stubs from this showing will be redeemable for a chance to win fabulous prizes!
Big Brain Comics will be offering the Scott Pilgrim comics for sale before and after the show.
